Store status

The storefront is being prepared and is not yet accepting real orders. Product quantities currently shown are test inventory, not a promise of availability. Checkout will open only after payment processing, Hawaiʻi tax settings, actual inventory, pickup procedures, and a full test order are confirmed.

Products, harvests, and pricing

• Farm products are seasonal and may vary naturally in size, color, appearance, ripeness, and exact weight.
• Product photos may include real farm images and clearly identified illustrative or AI-assisted images. Photos are representative unless a listing says otherwise.
• Prices, quantities, varieties, and availability may change before an order is accepted. Estimated or planned harvest pricing is not a binding offer.
• For weight-based produce, final fulfillment may vary slightly from the requested weight. Any material price adjustment or substitution will be disclosed before completion.
• We may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an item that is unavailable, affected by weather, unsuitable for sale, or listed in error. Any captured payment for a cancelled item will be refunded through the original method.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after checkout is complete and Paradise Roots confirms it. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Customers must provide accurate contact and order information. Payment providers may apply their own terms. We reserve the right to correct pricing or inventory errors before fulfillment.

Pickup, eligible shipping, and farm access

Fresh produce and live plants will initially be offered for confirmed Hawaiʻi Island pickup only. Shelf-stable goods and merchandise may become eligible for shipping after shipping methods and compliance are finalized. Exact pickup instructions are sent only with an accepted order; the farm is also a private residence and is not open for unannounced visits, tours, or walk-in shopping. Our Pickup & Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Food, botanical, and nursery information

• Wash fresh produce before use and follow ordinary safe food-handling practices.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Website content is general information, not medical, veterinary, legal, or agricultural advice.
• Ingredients and allergen statements on packaged goods control over general website descriptions. Customers are responsible for reviewing labels and asking questions before purchase.
• Nursery stock and plant material will be sold only when permitted and eligible for the selected destination. Customers are responsible for lawful planting and care after pickup.
• Paradise Roots Hawaii does not sell CBD or cannabis products through this website.

Returns and refunds

Because perishable and live products require special handling, different rules apply by product type. The Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and will control for returns, damaged items, order errors, and cancellations.

Accounts, reviews, and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive content, or use farm photos, text, branding, or product content without permission. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may be moderated for unlawful content, private information, spam, or abuse.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Paradise Roots Hawaii names, original text, farm photographs, designs, and other site content are owned by Paradise Roots LLC or used with permission. WordPress.com, WooCommerce, payment providers, maps, and linked services are operated by third parties and may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every description will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paradise Roots LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections. We may update them as the store, products, or legal requirements change. The current effective date appears above.
